About Launchstory
Launchstory (launchstory.me) is a coming-soon platform for indie SaaS makers. This policy describes the currently published coming-soon website. Features mentioned on the homepage are planned and are not yet available.
Information we collect
When you visit, our hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, including IP address, browser information, and access logs for delivery and security. If you follow a link to a third-party service, that service may collect information under its own policy.
Analytics and cookies
We use optional Statcounter analytics (project 13362469) only if you select Accept. Statcounter may process page visits, device details and related analytics identifiers. Rejecting does not load its tracking script. We store your choice in browser local storage. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer. Essential hosting and security logs may still be processed.
How we use information
We use necessary technical information to deliver and protect the website. With consent, analytics helps us understand visits and improve the site. We do not offer user accounts or payments on this coming-soon page.
Third-party services
The website uses Google Fonts and loads brand icons from the UNPKG icon CDN. These asset providers may receive ordinary network request data, such as your IP address. We link to X and offer optional outbound links to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Grok. Opening those links takes you to an independent provider with its own privacy practices. Statcounter receives analytics data only after consent.
Sharing and international processing
Hosting, font and analytics providers may process data in countries outside your own. We do not intentionally sell visitor personal information through this landing page.
Retention and choices
Browser consent preferences remain until cleared or changed. Technical logs and Statcounter data are retained according to the applicable providers’ configurations and policies. You may reject optional analytics or withdraw consent via Cookie settings; changing consent prevents future script loading after a fresh page load, but cannot retract data already collected.
Security
We use HTTPS and reasonable operational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal data, or object to processing. Please use the contact channel listed on the official website. The site currently provides an X profile at @launchstoryme; no dedicated privacy email has been confirmed.
Children
The site is intended for makers and entrepreneurs, not children. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information.
Changes
We may revise this policy as Launchstory develops, especially before launching accounts, community features, demos or payments. We will update the date and description when our actual practices change.
